As flavorings, the product contains butyric acid, delta-decalantone, dihydrocoumarin, ethylvanillin and acetoin dimer at their definite ratio. Additionally, product may contain flavor intensifier, aroma stabilizer, aroma modifier and food color. The invention allows to prepare food fat product having aroma and taste of natural butter with strengthened butter taste and sweet-cream tint, and its taste and aroma are preserved at heating.
