FIELD: medicine, in particular, plastic surgery. SUBSTANCE: method involves tailoring out two oppositely directed tongue-shaped flaps, followed by shifting them in opposition to each other to enable them to join each other. Flaps are sutured together. Triangular flaps are formed on outer sides of both flaps, at their bases. Outer sides of triangular flaps are sutured together with outer sides of joined-together tongue-shaped flaps, and after shifting the latter, inner sides of triangular flaps are sutured together with inner sides of oppositely lying tongue-shaped flaps. All edges of wound are joined together by suturing. Triangular flaps are formed equilateral, with bases extending in parallel to bases of tongue-shaped flaps. Side length of triangular flap is equal to 0.5-0.75 of base length of tongue-shaped flap. EFFECT: impossible necrosis of skin flaps. 4 dwg
