FIELD: medicinal equipment, veterinary obstetrics. SUBSTANCE: innovation deals with instruments used to apply vulval sutures after uterine or vaginal resetting. Troacar-needle contains a case with inner troacar with a hook at its blunt edge, from its one edge the case is supplied with a tank as a handle to lay ligature and a lock to fix the troacar in the case, and a clamp to remove the troacar out of the case and insert the ligature.
