FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing intralumen transplant through aneurysm spread from aorta into at least one iliac artery inside of patient body using guiding wires. Delivery catheter has elongated catheter preferably having fillable balloon adjacent to one of the ends, intralumen transplant located around the balloon branching into two tubular continuations and thin additional catheter having guiding wire passing upflow through one of the tubular continuations and downflow through another tubular transplant continuation.
