FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has internal lumen and comprises the first elongated tubular member and rest means for supporting the second elongated tubular member optionally placed under main rest member of wire guide. The catheter serves as platform in the cases when the wire guide member is brought through the first elongated tubular member and is deflected in transverse direction with its inclined surface outside through an opening. The second internal lumen catheter has the first elongated tubular member and rest means having the second elongated tubular member. The first elongated tubular member has base part and terminal part the latter being deflectable relative to base part position, to guide the wire guide member passing through the terminal part in required direction in body blood vessel. EFFECT: enabled passage both of internal lumen wire guide member and catheter in blood vessel or body cavity. 21 cl, 10 dwg
