FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting off rectangular flap turned with its base to limb. Deep triangular flap is dissected with external wall of the Schlemm's canal and corneoscleral tissue. Triangular flap dimensions stretch outside of the rectangular flap. Sclera is dissected as triangles in the vicinity of superficial flap base. Incision in sclera reaching the ciliary body is carried out after cutting out the deep triangular flap and thermocoagulates are placed on both edges of the incision. EFFECT: stable hypotensive effect; created short paths for discharging intraocular fluid. 4 dwg
