FIELD: heat insulation. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes pipe lines 7 and 8 running from liquid component tanks 1 and 2, compressed air source 10 which are connected with mixer 4 by means of flexible hoses 11; mixer has check valves 15, reflector 16, turbulator 13 and jet forming nozzle 14 arranged in body; proportioner 3 has rigid kinematic coupling mechanism 17 for pumps 6, revolution sensor 18 and digital indicator 19 connected to electromagnet 5; revolution sensor 18 is connected with kinematic coupling 17 and digital indicator 19. One of proportioner pumps is variable-capacity pump. Liquid component recirculation system of tanks 1 and 2 is provided with inlet branch pipe 20, three-way cock 21, recirculating pump 22 and self-cleaning filter 23 connected in series; recirculation system is connected to pipe line 7 or 8, thus forming closed system. Each tank is blanketed and provided with thermal stabilization system including circulating pump 24, heating elements 25 and temperature sensor 26.
