FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for control and recording of vehicle operation and it is designed for plotting spatial trajectory of movement of vehicle by recorded data and measures taken by driver when revealing causes of road accidents. proposed method includes measurements of parameters of movement and entering results of measurements into memory with subsequent reproduction and analyzing the results of measurements. Method includes measuring side and vertical overloads in front and rear side parts of vehicle, longitudinal and vertical overloads in front part of vehicle on its longitudinal axis and speed of riding, with subsequent use of results of measurements for plotting spatial trajectory of movement by space coordinates Xg,Yg,Zg in normal system of coordinates as function of time (t). Device for implementing the method has speed pickup, wheel turning angle pickup, information storage and processing unit, side and vertical overloads pickups arranged in front and rear side parts of vehicle and longitudinal and vertical overloads pickup arranged in front part of vehicle on its longitudinal axis. Invention provides trustworthy analysis of road accident and plotting of spatial trajectory of vehicle movement before accident and at accident.
