FIELD: transport engineering; traffic control. SUBSTANCE: mounted on vehicle are running speed and acceleration longitudinal component meters connected to analog-to-digital converter and also memory register and solver coupled with each other. Moreover, angular velocity meter and acceleration cross components meter are connected to analog-to-digital converter. Outputs of analog-to-digital converter are connected to memory register and solver. Critical parameters indicating unit, command shaping unit and series-connected data format conversion unit, nonvolatile memory, data readout unit and wireless data transmission unit are also provided. Data compression unit is connected to output of memory register, and output of solver is connected to critical parameters indicating unit. Analog-to-digital converter is made for putting in data on angular velocities an cross acceleration components of vehicle, while data readout unit is made for entering data into carried computer through standard interface.
