FIELD: polymers, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention describes cross-linked copolymers based on uncross-linked polycarboxylic polymers and cross-linking agent comprising at least two amino-functions. Indicated uncross-linked copolymers comprise at least one polycarboxylic polysaccharide and at least other uncross-linked polycarboxylic polymer that is not poly-carboxylic polysaccharide. Polycarboxylic polymer is taken among group including polycarboxylic polyacids or their partially or totally substituted derivatives, for example, their esters, amides or salts, copolymers comprising links of the above indicated polycarboxylic acids or their named derivatives, or mixture of said polycarboxylic polymers and/or their named derivatives and/or their polymers. Invention relates also to pharmaceutical compositions used for controlled release of active component, in part, in large intestine.
