SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing homogeneous mixture of gaseous reactants including tin-organic compound, HF, water and oxygen; feeding reactant mixture to surface of hot glass tape resulting in reaction and formation of fluorine-alloyed coat of tin oxide having reduced specific surface resistance of layer and increased homogeneity of specific surface resistance of layer on surface of coated glass.
