FIELD: chemical industry; methods of production on the glass of the coating made out of the antimony alloyed oxides of metals.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of production on the glass of the coating made out of the oxide of the metal preferentially, from antimony alloyed tin oxide. The realization of the method provides for preparation of the uniform mixture of the subjected to transpiration reactants and containing the organotin compound and the organoantimony compound, the water and oxygen. The produced mixture of the reactants is fed to the surface of the hot glass strip, where the compounds interact and form at that of the coatings made out of the oxide of the stibium alloyed metal, preferentially, from tin oxide. The coatings made from the oxide of the stibium alloyed metal, preferentially, from the tin oxide, deposited according to this invention, have the high thickness uniformity and the high surface resistance of the coating layer on the glass, at that the method of deposition of the coating is characterized by the high efficiency.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the high thickness uniformity of the coatings deposited on the glass by the method, the high surface resistance of the coating layer deposited on the glass and are characterized by the high efficiency.
