FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device has Dewar vacuum flask fixed in rim and having external and internal inlet windows, cooled holder bearing a crystal with photosensitive elements and aperture. Holder base is connected to the rim and space surrounding the holder is filled with dried gas. New feature of the design is aperture position between the Dewar flask inlet windows, the aperture is mounted on the internal inlet window positioned in close proximity from the crystal with photosensitive elements. The space surrounding the holder is optionally filled in particular cases with heat insulation material. EFFECT: accelerated transition to required temperature mode. 2 cl, 1 dwg
