SUBSTANCE: preparation of specimens depends on production of glass-like parts by melting together calculated amounts of bismuth oxide, boron oxide, d-element oxide, and dysprosium oxide in following proportion, mass percent: bismuth oxide, 70; dysprosium oxide, 1.00-1.31; d-element oxide, 0.0005-0.01; boron oxide, 28,9995-28.6800.
