FIELD: measurement technology; manufacture of sensors for determination of content of nitrogen hydrides and their derivatives in automated systems for monitoring gas composition of technological media. SUBSTANCE: sensor has resistive semiconductor sensitive element with several pairs of comb-like interpenetrating electrodes on which gas-sensitive layer is applied; this consists of metallocomplexes of polyhalogenated porphyring with transition d- elements. Polyhalogenated derivatives of tetraphenyl porphyrins, deuteroporphyring IX, coproporphyrin III and etioporphyrin II are used as material for forming gas-sensitive layer whose thickness ranges from 0.6 to 30 mkm when applied on surfaces of electrodes.
