FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has body and locking member joined to the body by means of rotation means. External surface of the body has mounting member and collar member having collet chuck member with flexible leaflets, clamps and jacket. The external surface of the body has fixing member designed as protrusion having supporting and retaining surfaces. The mounting member is convex relative to the external body surface. Hardening member is placed with its internal surface on the fitting surface of the mounting member, the surfaces sliding one relative to the other. Hardening member end face has thrusting surface engageable with supporting surface of the fixing member. Flexible leaflets of the collet chuck member have recesses in which ring-shaped fixing member is mounted. EFFECT: improved functional properties; high reliability. 7 cl, 7 dwg
