SUBSTANCE: the method deals with inhibition of tissue angiogenesis by using vitronectin antagonists αvβ3 and, in particular, for inhibiting angiogenesis in inflammatory tissues and tumor tissues and in metastasis due to applying therapeutic compositions containing αvβ3-antagonists.
