SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for treatment of tumors and metastasis using the combination of an anti-angiogenic therapy and immunotherapy. Invention involves a method for treatment of neuroectodermal and epithelial tumor in patient, therapeutic combination and set for treatment of tumor cell using an agent inhibiting angiogenesis and representing antagonist of αvβ3 and anti-tumor immunotherapeutic agent comprising cytokine component of cell-effector and component of immunoglobulin Ig-polypeptide directed to the tumor-associated antigen and comprising variable region that is bound with the tumor-associated target-antigen. The advantage of invention involves application of an anti-angiogenic therapy for treatment of tumors.
