FIELD: cleaning facilities. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for cleaning containers, such as reservoirs, from oil products. Proposed mobile set has reservoir 1 with working liquid, working liquid-regeneration unit, hydraulic system including at least one hose drum, pump unit for delivery and removal of working liquid, and shutoff valves, all mounted on one vehicle. Regeneration unit includes coarse separation reservoir 3 and fine separation reservoir 4 for working liquid and hydrocarbon compounds. Solution forming unstable emulsion with hydrocarbon compounds and including polyelectrolyte and detergents is used as working liquid. Said liquid is delivered to surface to be cleaned and, owing to ejecting effect, it is directed into reservoir 2 from which it is directed into reservoir 3 for separation into hydrocarbon compounds fed into reservoir 4 and working liquid fed into reservoir 2.
