FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of clay stock, formation by way of at least triple passage of prepared clay stock through screw press under plastic flow conditions at specific pressure 10-20 MPa and ageing resulting bar at room temperature for at least two hours after each passage, whereupon product is pressed, dried, and fired. In the clay stock preparation stage, ceramic particles with specific surface 1500 sq. cm/g and more, obtained by grinding waste resulting from drying, firing, and crushing finished products at weight ratio of clay stock and ceramic particles 80: 20, are added.
