FIELD: propellants. SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of fuel mass and filling press mold with fuel mass by several portions. After pouring of next portion of fuel mass into press mold, a part of viscous liquid combustible binder from required amount of combustible binder is charged into mixer for preparation of next portion of fuel mass. The total is then stirred at specified temperature and pressure and remaining components are added, mixed, and resulting fuel mass is poured into press mold.
