SUBSTANCE: invention describes metallocene compound of the formula (I): LGZMX_p wherein L represents bivalent group; Z represents residue of the formula (II) given in the invention description wherein R³ and R⁴ are taken among hydrogen atom and hydrocarbon groups; A and B are taken among sulfur atom (S) or CH being if A means sulfur atom (S) then B means CH; if B means sulfur atom (S) then A means CH; G represents residue of the formula (III)

wherein R⁶, R⁷, R⁸ and R⁹ are taken among hydrogen atom and hydrocarbon groups; M represents transient metal atom: zirconium or hafnium; X is taken among halogen atom or (C₁-C₆)-alkyl; p is a whole number from 0 to 3.
