FIELD: biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to native proteins of complement scheme modified in such a manner that protein is able to form the stable convertase C3. Preferable modified protein presents the human modified protein C where it its amino acid sequence Arg-1303 and/or Arg-1320, or amino acid residues 752- 754 and/or 758-780, or 1427, 1431 and/or 1433 are substituted. Invention proposes also DNA sequences encoding such proteins. Invention describes conjugates comprising such proteins bound with antibody. Pharmaceutical composition comprises conjugate and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. Administration of modified protein or pharmaceutical composition to mammal results to decrease of protein amount in complement system. Invention ensures to enhance degree of C3 conversion. EFFECT: improved method of protein amount decrease, valuable properties of protein C3. 17 cl, 9 dwg, 1 tbl, 11 ex
