FIELD: locking railway cars, railway containers, storehouses, freight sheds, shops and other objects. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has section of cable whose one end is rigidly secured in flat end-piece and other end is rigidly secured in body during locking by means of three spring-loaded rollers. Each spring of spring-loaded rollers is made in form of tightly wound spring with two elongated ends: one end is used for securing the spring in body and other end is bent for placing it in respective roller. Rollers and springs are located inside body in definite manner described in Specification. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of locking. 9 cl, 3 dwg
