FIELD: manufacture of gyroscopes for control systems. SUBSTANCE: proposed gyroscope includes resonator made in form of oxy-symmetrical thin-walled member, at least one electrode of resonator secured on its outer or inner surface, body to which resonator is secured and many control electrodes in immediate proximity to resonator electrodes. Resonator is made from optically transparent material. Secured near end surface of resonator are two sources of optical radiation and two photo-sensitive receivers; optical radiation of these sources passes through resonator getting on photo-sensitive receivers. Magnitude of light flux getting of photo-sensitive receivers changes at oscillations of resonator. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy; simplified construction. 12 cl, 6 dwg
