FIELD: metrology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metrology, in particular to gyroscopes. Method of reading and controlling oscillations of wave solid-state gyroscope (WSG) includes installation inside resonator of excitation, extraction and control unit (EEC) with odd and simple number n of information extraction electrodes uniformly installed in circumferential direction and m control electrodes, excitation in the resonator of oscillations of the second mode, recording of output signals from electrodes of information extraction and their mathematical processing with determination of parameters of one or more standing waves and feed on voltage control voltages for maintaining in the resonator oscillations of the second mode formed for each separate electrode in accordance with the ratios established for this purpose. In the WSG resonator vibrations of the third operating mode are excited simultaneously with oscillations on the second mode, and for its maintenance on control electrodes of unit EEC simultaneously with voltage of second mode maintaining voltage is supplied, formed for each separate electrode in accordance with established mathematical relationships.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of integrating gyroscope and reduced uncompensated drift.
