SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of precision instrumentation and can be used in the development of solid-state wave gyroscopes and orientation and navigation systems based on them. Method for reading and controlling the oscillations of the wave solid-state gyroscope (WSG) includes the generation of the reference voltages, the supply of the driving voltages to the electrodes of the excitation unit, throw off and control (APU) and on the hemisphere of the resonator, recording of output signals from the electrodes of information extraction and their mathematical processing with determination of the parameters of one or more standing waves. At that an excitation control and removal unit is installed inside the resonator with installed uniformly along the circumference an odd and simple n information extraction electrodes number and m control electrodes, besides the control electrodes are supplied with a voltage generated for each individual electrode in accordance with the mathematical relationships established for this purpose.

EFFECT: increase the accuracy of the integrating gyro and reducing the drift of the precision instrument.
