FIELD: electric-testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device has magnetic duct. On it primary and secondary windings are positioned. Power source is connected to communication line, connected to subject element. Also provided are commutating element and generator of single safe current pulse. Output of the latter is connected to commutator input. First output of communication line through commutator is connected to power source plus. First outputs of primary and secondary windings of magnetic duct are connected to minus of power source. Second output of communication line is connected to second output of primary winding, and second output of primary winding is the output of device. Conversion of input signal to safe single current pulse is performed. Single safe current pulse is sent to subject element. Then power voltage is set to element and on basis of flow of current through element its condition is determined.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, broader functional capabilities.
