FIELD: medicine, particularly, traumatology; applicable in introduction of needle into bone marrow canal for prolonged therapeutic intraosseous infusions of medicinal fluids and for bone marrow anesthesia. SUBSTANCE: device has needle with thickened cannula, mandrin and fixing member for it, fixing member with thread and hollow handle with limiter installed on thread for regulation of length of needle introduction into bone marrow canal. Handle has longitudinal side recess for L-shaped bent of mandrin blunt end and side hole for unscrewing of fixing member with thread. Fixing member serves for holding the needle by its thickened part. Handle has made thread for limiter with female thread. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 8 dwg
