FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has handle and medullar needle usable in medical treatment and for diagnostic purposes. The needle has cylindrical thickening at the end for being fixable on the skin surface and coverable with aseptic bandage. The handle is connected with the intraosseous needle detachable by means of adapter member. Needle length enables the needle to remain in the bone tissue. The handle is connected with a screw having sharpened rod for preventing the needle from being choked with bone tissue saw dust particles. Drugs are introduced through the device into a bone under pressure. The device is fixable in bone for a long time and coverable with aseptic bandage between injections.
