FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Device to puncture proximal end of femoral bone comprises tube with sharp working end and cannula at other end. Placed in tube cavity sharp pointed mandrin is made with holder. Angle section outer edge of tube working end is aligned with angle section of mandrin working end. Needle cannula has lateral projection, and on retainer is turned aside lengthwise cutout. Device has base with two vertical parallel channels for screws, lengthwise round channel for axis and side channel for bolt to fix axis with it. On rear end of base around hole of elongated channel axis rotation divisions scale is made, and at end of axis there is a mark. On axis working end there is expansion with transverse channel, to which protractor with a hole in centre is rigidly attached. Through hole in protractor and through channel in axis expansion threaded rod passes through. On one end of rod there is a lateral channel, and on other end there is butterfly nut. Tube passes through channel in rod with thread.

EFFECT: higher quality of treatment and investigating effect of intraosseous introduced drug preparations on body by increasing accuracy of direction puncturing end element and reliability of retention of its end in a given localisation spongy layer of proximal end of the femoral bone and performing procedures puncturing, equal in each experience, on mammals of main and control groups of experiments.
