FIELD: inorganic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of phosphatizing concentrates that can be used in machine engineering to obtain phosphate layer exhibiting anti-wear and anti-friction properties. Method of production of manganese phosphatizing concentrate involves dissolving metallic manganese in phosphoric acid feeding by portions at the rate 50-100 l/min followed by exposition of product for 12-24 h. Produced manganese phosphate is repumped into reactor where 10-15 kg of zinc oxide and 30-50 kg of nickel sulfate hexahydrate are loaded at stirring and 130-160 l of nitric acid is fed. Product is stirred for 1.5-2 h at the following ratio of components: Mn : Zn : PO4 = (0.95-1.05):(0.13-0.2): :(3.85-4.73). EFFECT: decreased amount of slime, improved ecology, increased coefficient of raw utilization. 4 ex
