FIELD: medicine, laboratory diagnostics.
SUBSTANCE: for the purpose of predicting infectious mononucleosis (IM) flow in children one should perform sampling from fauces mucosa to dissolve it at 1:1 ratio with physiological solution and keep in diagnostic cell for about 20-24 h. Then it should be microscoped in polarization light and at detecting branched morphostructures of confocal domains and anisotropic structures in the form of filaments followed by predicting favourable IM flow, and at detecting stratified confocal domains with dense black deposit and anisotropic structures as dense netting of filaments and spherulites it is possible to predict unfavorable IM flow in children. The application of the present innovation enables to carry out significant IM flow prediction in short terms with available technique.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
