FIELD: medicine, cardiosurgery. SUBSTANCE: the innovation deals with operations on an ischemic cardiac disease. At the main stage of operation - shunting of coronary arteries - one should carry out a normothermic artificial circulation at patient's body temperature of 36-37 C. The stoppage and protection of myocardium is conducted due to a fractional injection of a cardioplegic solution into coronary route of 6-8 C temperature, local myocardial cooling is used by placing a sterile icy paste into pericardial cavity to decrease cardiac temperature up to 16-18 C. The present innovation enables to exclude practically all cardioplegia-associated ischemic myocardial lesions. EFFECT: higher efficiency of protection.
