FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiosurgery. Two episodes of ischemia and reperfusion of specified duration are performed under conditions of artificial blood supply after aortic clamping. In order to create ischemia discharge of left ventricle and ascending aorta, controlled by their collapse and drop of pressure in pulmonary artery, is carried out through installed antegrade cardioplegia cannula. Further reperfusion of myocardium is performed by means of oxygenated blood in normal thermal mode not lower than 36.0°C, pumped into orifices of coronary arteries through root of aorta with complete closure of aortal valve.
EFFECT: method makes it possible not to perform re-clamping of aorta for creation of ischemia episodes and myocardium reperfusion, and can be applied as method of intra-operation protection of myocardium in cardiosurgical patients.
