FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: what is used is a mixture containing 50 ml of a cardioplegic solution (CPS) containing, wt %: 25% aqueous solution of magnesium sulphate - 32, 4% aqueous solution of potassium chloride - 40, 0.9% aqueous solution of sodium chloride - 28, and 50 ml of aortic blood taken from an aortic root before clamping (version 1), or a mixture containing 50 ml of the cardioplegic solution containing, wt %: magnesium sulphate 8.0; potassium chloride - 1.6; sodium chloride - 0.252; water for injections - up to 100, and 50 ml of aortic blood taken from the aortic root before clamping (version 2). After an ascending aorta is clamped, the mixture is administered once into an ascending aortic root.
EFFECT: method provides the cardiac arrest within 4 seconds, accelerated cardiac resuscitation after release of the aortic clamp, including the cases where a cardiac resuscitation path may pass through ventricular fibrillation, reduces the length of artificial circulation, as well as the number of rhythm disturbances.
