FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: connector for connection of medical feeding tube for supply of flowing medium to head of catheter device with round clamp hub, which has peripheral depression, formed by its lateral surface, contains resilient unit and release buttons, projecting from resilient unit. Each button has first part with contact zone for finger and second part with latch, configured for interaction, with possibility of further release, with peripheral depression, formed by lateral surface of round clamp hub. Connector is made with possibility of connection with round clamp hub by means of latches, entering said peripheral depression with provision of possibility for connector to freely make complete rotation around round clamp hub and with possibility of disconnection from round clamp hub when release buttons are compressed to move respective latches in reverse radial direction with removal from interaction with peripheral depression. Resilient unit contains console springs, each of which has at least one arm. Each arm has first end, central part and second end, fixed to central bearing section of resilient unit. Connector is configured for connection to clamp hub by overlaying on it and pressing on connector until latches come into interaction with peripheral depression, and for disconnection with clamp hub by pressing release buttons to displace console springs in reverse direction with radial movement of respective latches to bring them from interaction with peripheral depression. In accordance with the second version of implementation connector, analogous to upper said, serves for connection of feeding unit to base of device, based on gastrostomy tube. Connector additionally contains branch pipe, which forms channel for passage of flowing medium through connector and configured for supply of nutrient solution into opening of device, based on gastrostomy tube. Connector is configured for connection, with possibility of rotation, to round clamp hub by its overlaying on it and pressing on connector, until latched come into interaction with peripheral depression, formed by lateral surface of round clamp hub, and for disconnection with clamp hub by pressing release buttons to move console springs in reverse direction with radial movement of respective latches to bring them from interaction with peripheral depression. System for enteral nutrition contains device, based on gastrostomy tube, having base, tube, with at least one opening, passed through base, at least, one round clamp hub, located on base and having specified radius, upper surface, lateral surface and peripheral depression, formed by its lateral surface; and feeding unit, containing connector, made in accordance with the first version and providing connection by flowing medium flow between feeding unit and at least one opening of device, based on gastrostomy tube. Feeding unit contains feeding tube for realisation of enteral nutrition and said connector, connected by flowing medium flow with said feeding tube and configured for connection of feeding tube, with possibility of rotation, to device, based on gastrostomy tube, provided with round clamp hub.
EFFECT: inventions provide user or person, taking care of them, with possibility of easy disconnection of feeding unit from base of tube for enteral nutrition and connect it without necessity to see device base.
