Closing wheel is mounted between additional wheel of sun gear wheel and carrier wheel. Satellite forms internal engagement with sun gear wheel. Sun gear wheel rotates at angular velocity at which rotational speeds of satellite and carrier are equal but opposite in direction making points on satellite located at radius equal to carrier eccentricity move at precision rectilinearity.
