FIELD: shape-matched transformation coding of images. SUBSTANCE: proposed method and device are used for shape- matched transformation coding of image effected at intraframe coding and at interframe encoding. First shape-matched transformation coding is made at intraframe coding and second one, at interframe encoding that differs from first shape-matched transformation coding.
