SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the computer equipment. Reconstructed image post-processing device includes: interframe prediction unit for generating a prediction unit using a reference image and a motion vector, wherein the prediction unit generated by the interframe prediction unit is added to a residual unit to generate a reconstructed image; an intraframe prediction unit for obtaining an interframe prediction mode for the current prediction unit and generating a prediction unit using intraframe prediction modes, wherein the prediction unit generated by the intraframe prediction unit is added to the residual unit to generate a reconstructed image; and a post-processing unit for determining the boundary strength of each edge of 4 samples, determining whether to use deblocking filtration on edge of 4 samples or not, using boundary strength and a boundary quantisation parameter, and for generation of an edge index of a current sample, and applying edge offset corresponding to the edge index to the current sample.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of difference between initial samples and reconstructed samples.
