PROCESS OF PREPARATION OF ECOLOGICALLY PURE ELECTRICALLY ACTIVATED SOLUTIONS AND DEVICE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: production of drinkable water with silver glitter. SUBSTANCE: process includes treatment of 1.0-2.0% aqueous solutions of sodium chloride in diaphragm electrolyzer to pH values of 4.0-5.0 in anode space and to pH values of 10.0-12.0 in cathode space. Solutions are subjected to sterilization by ions of silver Ag⁺ across outlet from electrolyzer. Catholyte is mixed with anolyte in ratio 2:5, is sterilized again and cured in the course of 1.0-1.5 h. Device for implementation of process has body housing anode made of titanium and ruthenium oxides or of platinum on titanium starting sheet, steel cathode, diaphragm, insulating gaskets, inlet and outlet branch pipes and accumulators. Each outlet branch pipe has cylindrical part of larger diameter inside which turbine made of silver is installed and relation of inner diameter of outlet branch pipe to inner diameter of its cylindrical part is inversely proportional to outflow velocity of fluid. Mixture accumulator is fitted with paddle mixer mounted on vertical axis for axial displacement and with branch pipes to pump solutions which are placed in diametrical opposition and are directed along tangent line to diameter of mixer. Mixer is provided with float, for instance, in the form of ring put on its upper butt. EFFECT: production of high-quality ecologically pure water good for animal and man's drinking which can also be used for other purposes. 5 dwg
