FIELD: medicine and therapeutic physical culture. SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring heart rate of bed or ward patient, as well as of practically healthy and healthy individual in standing rest position; taking measured value as 100% and prescribing load; prescribing "mild mode" with loading intensity as to heart rate of from 110% to 120%, "moderate mode" with loading intensity as to heart rate of from 120% to 130%, "above-moderate mode" with loading intensity as to heart rate of from 130% to 140%, "maximal mode" with loading intensity as to heart rate of from 140% to 150%. Loading value is regulated individually for each loading mode and for each group of patients and healthy people.
