METHOD OF REHABILITATION OF PATIENTS WITH PATHOLOGY OF CARDIOVESSEL SYSTEM AND MOTOR FUNCTION LIMITATIONS Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A61H1/00 A61B5/02

Abstract RU 2370254 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, to cardiology and restoring medicine. Dosed medicinal walking with constant, permissible for patient speed, on horizontal plane is carried out. Auxiliary equipment for independent patient moving is used. Time of reaching peak load, which constitutes not more than 60% from HCF at rest is determined by time of tiredness approach. Permissible speed of walking along set route is determined. On the following days preserving speed of walking its time is increased. Principle of dosing is preserved in each seven-days cycle. Medicinal walking is carried out with factor twice per day, until stable clinical effect is reached.

EFFECT: method can be applied in treatment of patients with pathology of cardio-vascular system accompanied by motor function limitation, for instance in case of acute myocardial infarction (AMI), coronary heart disease (CHD), atherosclerosis of cardiac and cerebral vessels on background of consequences of earlier endured acute disorders of cerebral circulation, post traumatic conditions, after operation on brain.
