FIELD: normalizing physical culture, in particular, "hydroaerobic" type practices in swimming pools and physical culture normalizing complexes.

SUBSTANCE: method involves assigning individual staged intensity of exercising in water, with parts of exercising blocks being simplified, by setting music tempo and calculating predetermined heart rate value from formula: providing alternatively six exercising practice blocks and six swimming practice blocks, with each exercising practice block and each swimming practice block having predetermined directivity; providing complex controlling of individual's state (input control data before beginning of exercising cycle, operative, current and staged control data during cycles) in four aspects (state of health, physical development, functional and psychic state) during the entire exercising cycle including three stages, with each stage of cycle lasting from 1 month to 12 months.

EFFECT: increased efficiency by providing for assigning of individual loading value in accordance with aerobic mode and staged load increase, with age, initial heart rate value in rest state on dry land, conditions of exercising in water, in each exercising block, as well as at different exercising cycle stages being taken into account, while providing complex state control.
