FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has two casings being designed as rings and joined with connection members to bases, guiding members with protrusions, common bushing with grooves and spring with titanium nickelide. The spring is fixed with washers and small tubs. The protrusions are manufactured as cylindrical rivets. Adjacent grooves on the common bushing have U-shaped bends on opposite ends. The connection members have areas set in parallel to casing axes on the same side with rings and forming in this way anastomosis chamber. Quenched bushings with elastic guides are press-fitted in bases of the casings. The guides have stepped shape with two diameters at the place of press-fitting. The washers are rings with 120 deg sectors cut out and have bead on external diameter set at 90 deg to washer plane. The internal diameter of the bead is equal to external diameter of the spring and the external one is equal to washer seat diameter in the device. EFFECT: increased reliability of anastomosis seam; simplified operation method; long service life of the device. 4 dwg
