FIELD: loading and unloading ships at sea; production of oil and gas. SUBSTANCE: system includes unit for mooring the ship which is located in her fore portion, ground tackle lying on sea bottom, at least one anchor cable for connecting mooring unit and hose for loading and unloading the ship. Ground tackle consists of sucked anchor, gravitational anchor or driven anchor; it is provided with swivel gear for connecting the anchor cable; secured in center of anchor cable is float body which is submerged when ship is anchored. Lower end of said hose is connected with said swivel unit. EFFECT: enhanced safety and reliability under unfavorable weather conditions. 14 cl, 9 dwg
