FIELD: oil and gas production in open sea. SUBSTANCE: underwater well has well-head, fittings put of well-head, at least one rising pipe for connection with production ship on sea surface. Rotary device communicating with fittings and fitted with joining members for rising pipes or hoses and main cable or control cable directed predominantly aside is mounted on upper part of fittings. Fastening members of fork are positioned at level beneath level of rotary device. Fork is mounted for turn within limits of certain angle around horizontal axis for joining with its outer end to one of mooring lines of production ship. Fastening members are anchored on body for turn around central vertical axis coinciding with axis of rotary device. Base includes sea bottom foundation to transmit forces emerging with mooring directly from fastening members to foundation without any noticeable loading of fittings or rotary device.
