SUBSTANCE: device incorporates gamma-ray detector and recording electronics, source of monochromatic neutrons and of monochromatic alpha particles accompanying them based deuteron accelerator and tritium target, detector of alpha particles built on base of plastic scintillator, system recording alpha-gamma coincidences. Gamma-ray detector is positioned at distance of 30-40 cm from inspected object.
