FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, baking and confectionery industry. SUBSTANCE: machine has upper and lower spreading rolls and reversing conveyors arranged at both sides of rolls. Driving rolls of reversing conveyors are connected with lower spreading roll through toothed wheels. Machine has conveyor speed change clutch made in the form of toothed wheel mounted for rotational and reversing motion and incorporating coiled follower rigidly mounted on shaft of lower spreading roll and connected to toothed wheel through rod, which is inserted with its one end into slot of coiled follower and is attached with its other end in toothed wheel perpendicular to its longitudinal axis. Ratchet wheels are positioned on shafts of driving rolls of reversing conveyors in related toothed wheels. Each of ratchet wheels is rigidly connected with reversing conveyor driving roll shaft and is kinematically connected to related toothed wheel through spring-biased lever mounted on pin arranged in toothed wheel, perpendicular to its longitudinal axis.
