FIELD: baking industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has roll feeder, multiple-channel piston-type extruder, forming heads, each made in the form of casing with spring-biased cylindrical knife coaxially put thereon, roll and expanding sleeve positioned for reciprocation, dough thrower, and belt conveyor. Forming head is equipped with valve mounted for rotation between extrusion chamber and charging chamber. Contact surface of dough thrower is positioned at an angle of less than 90 deg to expansion axis. Belt conveyor is of through type.
